I’m excited to wear my Spring/Summer nail colors again. That yellow is called Tweet Me. It’s very pretty. For me, it works best when I put one coat of white underneath, then about three coats of the actual polish color.

Minimalist
Didn’t wear to much today. I never really do, but just moisturizer and these. I love them all, but that Hourglass blush looks amazing. 🙂 It has a little glitter, but not overwhelming. This is the first Buxom lip gloss that I have ever had. The color is called Leslie. I was a little worried that they are lip plumpers, because my lips are pretty plump already but I really like the cooling, tingly feeling.
Makeup I am wearing
This morning, this is the makeup that I am using. I am trying to make more of an effort to use all of the makeup that I have, so I am finding that blogging about it is helping with that endeavor.

Felt like beautifying myself
I must have been feeling wonderful this morning because I felt like wearing make up. Not typical on the weekends for me, but anyway…this is what I wore.
Foundation – Tarte amazionian clay full coverage airbrush foundation in rich sand
Blush – Tarte amazonian clay 12 hour blush in blushing bride
Eyeshadow – Urban Decay Asphyxia (New buy! It’s beautiful)
Lips – Maybelline colorsensational elixir in amethyst potion
Scent – Victoria Secret’s Pink Spring Break (bought this last year during the semi-annual sale and wish I could find a bigger bottle. I love it.)
My Thursday night will be great for another year
Whew! Vikings has been renewed for another year. I can not explain how happy this show makes me. I’m very excited to see where all of these characters are going.
Newly Aquired make up
As I sit here on a Thursday evening waiting for Vikings to come on, I am coveting my newly acquired make up. These Stila eye shadow pallets are wonderful! I have gotten nothing but compliments whenever I wear any of the colors. 🙂
New Boots
All winter, I had been looking for new ankle boots. Low and behold, at the beginning of Spring, I finally find a pair that I like. I’m not really a warm weather boot wearer, so these lucky finds will have to wait until the fall. Aren’t they cute?
Feeling Springy….
With daylight savings time beginning, and the beautiful weather today, I was feeling a little like Spring. I put together my first spring outfit. I can’t wait to wear it in the upcoming week.

Vikings’ Lagertha
Viking’s won out on my Thursday night television dilemma. I was very impressed by Lagertha. So often in the movies, the women just take the crap they are handed. I was happy that she went her heart. She’s not willing to share her husband and I don’t blame her. Good for you!
I will be watching Scandal tonight, so I am hoping it is another premiere that will make me happy.
